DU Meter provides an accurate account of the data which is flowing through your computer's network connection at any given moment. This readout is presented in both numerical and graphical format. DU Meter also includes an extensive reporting facility, a flexible notifications and events system, and more.

Features

DU Meter Taskbar Deskband

Since version 5.0, DU Meter can show either numeric or graphical display of current network traffic right inside the Windows taskbar. To enable this taskbar, right-click on the empty space in your taskbar and select DU Meter from the Toolbars menu. Note that the display mode of the deskband is configured separately from the main DU Meter window, for additional flexibility.

DU Meter Mini Mode

If you double-click on DU Meter Window or click on the "minimize" button, DU Meter will switch to a mini mode. In this mode, DU Meter shows only numeric readouts, but takes very little screen real estate. By default, while in mini mode, DU Meter will be placed on top of your screen. You can move the DU Meter window by simply dragging it with your mouse. For example, you may wish to place it at the very top of your screen in what would be the title bar of an open application, space that is typically wasted in Windows. The new position will be retained whenever you switch again to mini mode. A double-click on the mini mode display will restore the normal DU Meter window.
If you use Windows Vista, note that DU Meter also includes a Windows Sidebar gadget that seamlessly integrates into your desktop and provides nearly the same display features as a stand-alone DU Meter monitor application.

DU Meter Alerts

DU Meter can alert you in various ways when network traffic exceeds a certain threshold. The alerts facility is a useful feature, however it is sometimes under-appreciated by our users.

DU Meter Reports

DU Meter has an extensive reporting facility, which can generate hourly, daily, weekly and monthly reports of network traffic volume, and save these reports to a variety of file formats.

1.) Download and Install DU meter from the given link.
